Mundus Bishop is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect with 8+ years of experience. Talented and experienced landscape architects passionate about the profession and interested in creating dynamic and resilient places are strongly encouraged to apply. Interest in a broad range of project types from parks, open spaces, cultural landscapes, institutions, campuses, museums to urban spaces is required.

The successful candidate will be a motivated and accomplished landscape architect who is skilled in conveying ideas through graphic and written work and has strong technical skills in all aspects of site and landscape design. A collaborative working style and expertise in project and client management is desired. Additional key qualifications include:

• Demonstrated experience in site and landscape design and in preparing concept plans, detailed schematic design, design development, and construction documentation is required, as is experience in construction administration;

• Experience working collaboratively with governmental agencies, clients, and stakeholders is highly desired;

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Civil, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office are required. Proficiency in SketchUp, animation applications, and ArcGIS are highly desired;

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited program in planning, urban design, or landscape architecture;

• Licensed landscape architect, or a path towards licensure;

• Ability / desire to travel for project work. Our projects are across the country and travel is required.

The successful candidate will be a motivated professional with expertise in the marketing and promotion of the firm and staff who is both collaborative and provides leadership. Proven work experience in a marketing manager role, preferably with experience in a design or landscape architecture firm. Key qualifications include:

• Demonstrated expertise in the promotion and marketing of a design firm and design staff including implementing branding, developing collateral, social media, website, and the firm’s marketing strategy;

• Provides creative and graphic design leadership for marketing and project materials with demonstrated graphic and writing abilities;

• Highly organized professional with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and strong oral and written communication skills;

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree from an accredited program in business, marketing, graphic design, communications, or related field;

• Proficiency in software including Microsoft Excel/Word, entire Adobe Creative Suite, web design / development software, asset management software, Loomly, Issuu, and other graphics software. Experience working with governmental bidding websites.
