Join Tina Bishop on Thursday, February 11, from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM for her presentation on Babi Yar Park.
Featured in the July 2015 issue of Landscape Architecture Magazine, Babi Yar Park was designed by Satoru Nishita in the 1980s as a living memorial to those massacred in Kiev, Ukraine during the Holocaust. Overtime the 27-acre park deteriorated, and was never fully realized, until Denver-based landscape architects Mundus Bishop rehabilitated "the site, bringing greater clarity to its design.” (LAM)
