Le Potager Garden at Denver Botanic Gardens

Mundus Bishop’s design for Le Potager Garden incorporates a formal garden style with a Colorado twist. The French-inspired kitchen garden combines design and agriculture in a delicious array of vegetables, herbs and edible flowers. Surrounded by the Monet Pool, colorful vegetables are seasonally rotated within a series of geometric garden beds, divided by intimate walking paths and a gazebo overlooking the pond and garden. The garden serves to provide leadership in the farm to table, local food movement, illustrating how vegetables can be incorporated into an elegant design.
