Mundus Bishop is excited to be working with Denver Parks and Recreation and Arts & Venues to establish a master plan for Burns Park. The plan hopes to bring new life into the park and activate the prominent 13 acre lot with artistic amenities that will serve both the neighborhood and regional communities.
Paramount in design process is the study of the nationally significant 1968 Denver Sculpture Symposium and the highlighting of the parks spectacular public art. We’ve developed 3D modeling and visualizations to aid the study of the art’s spatial relationships to each other and to the rest of the park. The visualizations will guide the design process, inform public outreach, and be developed into the master plan’s preferred alternative.
